FAQ

Before you write

The questions production companies ask us most.

Do you work with international productions?

Yes. We have worked with international news agencies and foreign production companies for over 40 years. We handle the local production so your crew can arrive and shoot.

Can you help with filming permits?

Yes. We prepare and file the requests with the relevant authorities, such as the Ministry of Culture for archaeological sites and SERNANP for protected natural areas.

How far ahead should we contact you?

As early as you can. For locations with permits or limited entry, such as Machu Picchu, we recommend planning several months ahead.

What equipment do you have?

A professional XDCAM camera (Full HD), 4K cameras, a DJI Mavic 3 Pro drone (up to 5.1K) flown by Juan as an MTC-licensed RPAS pilot, and GoPro and DJI Osmo action cameras. If your crew brings its own cameras, we can also work purely as production support.

Do you work outside Peru?

Yes. Juan has filmed in 16 countries across Central and South America, from Mexico to Argentina, and travels with his gear wherever you need him.

Do you film in remote areas?

Yes. We have filmed on the coast, in the Andes and in the Amazon, including Andean and Amazonian communities.

What languages do you work in?

Juan speaks native Spanish, intermediate English and basic Portuguese, and has worked with crews from Japan, Germany, the Netherlands, Brazil and the United States.

What currency do you quote in?

We can quote in US dollars or Peruvian soles.
