Aerial footage up to 5.1K across Peru, within the rules.
What you need to know
Before you shoot
Peru looks its best from the air. But flying a drone commercially has clear rules, and some places need extra permits.
- Drones are regulated by the Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC), part of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
- Drones must be registered, and commercial operations need authorization.
- Flying near airports and over crowds is prohibited.
- Machu Picchu and other historic sites need an additional permit for that site.
- Foreign operators should check the requirements before traveling.
Rules change. We confirm the current requirements for every project.

Can you fly at Machu Picchu?
Only with a site-specific permit. We help you assess whether it is feasible for your project.
